Your card will be valid for the period of time your company has a membership to New West End company. If you know your company is a member and you would like to find this out before collecting a card, please contact us.

Our card collection times are as follows:
Monday – Thursday, 9am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm.
We accept card payments only.
Please note that if you come outside of these hours, we may need to ask you to come back during the correct times when our Privilege Card team are available.
