My membership has expired; how do I renew my Privilege Club Card?

Your company must be a member of New West End Company to get access to the Privilege Club. To check if you’re still eligible and renew your Privilege Club card please contact us.

How long is my card valid for?

The card is valid for one year from date of purchase. Please check your expiry date stated on the back of your Privilege Card.

What offers do I get with my Privilege Club Card?

The Regent Street Privilege Club entitles you to over 150 offers. Visit our offers page to browse the full list of offers available to you along with terms and conditions.

My card is lost/stolen, how do I get a new card?

Please get in touch via our contact us page to order a new card.

Can I use my card 7 days a week?

Most offers are available to use throughout the week, however please always check the terms and conditions of each offer before redeeming.

Can I use more than one Privilege Card per offer?

Only one Privilege Card can be used per offer.

Our newsletter showcases the latest offers and  events only available to Regent Street Privilege Club members.
